TSI’s Project Management will help make your project a success. We’ll work with you to define the Scope of Work. During this process, key project milestones and timeframes are established to set criteria for measuring success with the project.

Based on the project definition, TSI’s Project Manager will procure appropriate resources and materials and assign trained and qualified technicians to the project. The TSI Project Manager will oversee the project as it progresses and milestones are met.

TSI’s Project Manager will confirm completion of the project and meet with you for a final project review and evaluation. Our success will be measured against the criteria set at the beginning of the project, including budget guidelines, quality of workmanship and timeliness of delivery.
